It’s almost feeling like Spring and certainly time to turn our thoughts towards enjoying a day of golf. We are very pleased to invite you to join us for the 24th Annual Tee Off For Technology Golf Tournament to be held at Glen Meadows Golf and Country Club on Friday June 15, 2012. Shot-gun start is at 1:00 P.M.
The proceeds from the Golf Tournament this year will be used in the Extended Care Unit to modernize rooms, provide new beds and specialized mattresses as well as the latest in fall prevention technology and new physical therapy equipment. These will ensure our community has access to the best in healthcare.
New this year is the addition of a cart in your registration price. Thanks to our generous sponsors, there is only a small increase in golf fees. The Tournament is open to all golfers from novices to experts, and will follow a Texas Scramble format. We have space for 144 golfers on the Glen Meadows course with a $165.00 entry fee for golf, cart and dinner. Extra dinner tickets can be purchased for $45.00. We will play in teams of four.
