It’s easy to donate online using your credit card. A tax receipt will be emailed to you after your donation is complete.
By mail or in-person
You are always welcome in our offices to make your donation in-person. Or you may prefer to call or mail us.

Donations of shares are the most attractive way (from a tax perspective) of expressing your support.

Community Fundraising Initiatives
Host a fundraiser and give the proceeds to the Foundation. Fundraisers can be big or small, one-offs or regular events.

Points Cards
Did you know you can donate your Scene Card points and Air Miles to the Foundation?
By mail or in-person
Call our office from Monday-Friday, 9 am – 4 pm, and we can accept a donation made by credit card over the phone. Call 250-656-2948.
We are always happy to receive donations in person at either our hospital or Sidney office: check our opening hours.
You can mail a donation to us. Please make cheques payable to Saanich Peninsula Hospital & Healthcare Foundation and send to: 9710 Third Street, Sidney, BC, V8L 3A2.
Return it Depot
The Foundation has a charitable account at the bottle depot in Sidney. Just take all your return-for-deposit items to Island Return-It at 5 – 10025 Galaran Road and give them our account #157. You can also mention it is for “Saan Pen”. They are open Monday to Saturday, 9am-5pm. It’s a great way to recycle for good!
Donate A Car
Donate a Car Canada accepts Vehicle Donations for Saanich Peninsula Hospital and Healthcare Foundation. Free towing is provided in most areas across Canada, or you can drop off your vehicle to maximize your donation. When you donate your car, truck, RV, boat, or motorcycle to Saanich Peninsula Hospital and Healthcare Foundation through Donate A Car Canada, it will either be recycled or sold at auction (depending on its condition, age and location). Donate a Car Canada will look after all the details to make it easy for Saanich Peninsula Hospital and Healthcare Foundation to benefit. After your vehicle donation is complete, you will receive a tax receipt and we will put your gift to good use.
Scene Card
Do you shop at Thrifty Foods or Home Hardware? Did you know that you can collect Scene Points for the Saanich Peninsula Hospital & Healthcare Foundation? All you need is a copy of our Scene Card to scan when you make a purchase. All points earned go to the Foundation and will support our fundraising efforts. Simply stop by one of our offices and we will give you a card. Call us at 250-656-2948 and we can mail you a card or answer any questions about this program.
AIR MILES
You have the option to donate AIR MILES to the Saanich Peninsula Hospital & Healthcare Foundation! If you shop at stores such as Shell or Rona, you may be interested in having a copy of our AIR MILES card to scan when you make a purchase. All points earned go to the Foundation and will support our fundraising efforts. Simply stop by one of our offices and we will give you a card. Call us at 250-656-2948 to have us mail you a card or if you have any questions.
